RETURNS

We are an online store and we have local and international warehouses, because of this we do not exchange products so we recommend you choose colours and items carefully.

Refunds are not applicable if you have received your order and have changed your mind, don't like it, not what you expected, used it or purchased by mistake.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If you receive your item and are not satisfied with it for the first 14 days, you may be eligible for a refund but not guaranteed. 

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds are only available if your product arrives not as described, if it is broken or if it never arrives (we need to be notified of non arrivals with in 30 days to be eligible for a refund).

If delivered to the correct address when no one is home and a proof of delivery is provided by the courier you are not eligible for a refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused). It must also be in the original packaging. 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a refund. 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Prior to receiving any refund, we will require you to contact us via the contact page on our website with the subject line “Refund” - you can visit this page through our website by clicking on the “Contact” link in the header.

In most cases you will be asked to provide pictures or video of the item you received showing the issue or fault.

If your order is eligible for refund, we will require you to return your item to the address provided in the refund agreement. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you receive a refund, a handling fee of 20% will be deducted from the original purchase cost. 

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, less the postage costs incurred by us for your item. Your postage costs will vary depending on where you are located. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via the contact form.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via the contact form.

Shipping

To return your product, please email forthehouseco@gmail.com for return information and shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, a handling fee of 20% will be deducted from the original purchase cost.
